China¡¯s steel mills have started production of hot rolled steel from the end of 2007, and the production of the beginning of this year is expected to increase by 13 million tons. There are nearly 10,800,000 tons of hot rolled coils to be produced in January. In that case, export expects that there might be an oversupply of HRC.
